We have two sites in Rotherham, Thorpe Hesley and Wingfield.

The portfolio in Rotherham is on two sites as described below.

Wingfield Road - The site consists of 1 and 2 bed apartments and retail units which was completed in 2006 and was purpose built to provide rental accommodation. Rents start at £80 per week for the one bed units rising to £99 per week for the two bed. Many units come part furnished but we can provide apartments fully furnished if required. Bonds are set at £200 and rents must be paid in advance on either a weekly or monthly basis. We do in certain circumstances accept DSS tenants but this does come with conditions, for more information please call us. 

Thorpe Hesley - Brook Hill Court was completed in 2009 and consists of 1 and 2 bed apartments built to a very high standard. The site has secure parking and large communal amenity space with many apartments enjoying views towards Scholes.
